By using Pal AI, you agree to these terms.

What Pal AI is

Pal AI is an entertainment app that uses AI to generate playful, educated guesses about your pet's body language from a short video. It is not veterinary advice and is not a behavioral diagnosis. If your pet seems sick, hurt, or behaviorally distressed, see a licensed veterinarian or certified behaviorist.

Subscription

• Pal AI Pro is a recurring subscription that unlocks unlimited readings (subject to fair-use limits).
• Plans are weekly, monthly, or annual. Pricing is shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
• The first 3 days of any plan are a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period if you cancel before it ends.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel at iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy: support.apple.com/HT204084.

Fair use

To keep the service available for everyone, Pro accounts are subject to a soft limit of 50 readings per month. We will reach out before taking any action if your usage looks unusual.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Pal AI for any illegal purpose, including unauthorized surveillance.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the system in ways not exposed by the app.
• Submit content that violates someone else's rights, contains illegal material, or attempts to manipulate the AI into harmful output.

AI accuracy

Pal AI uses third-party AI models (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to interpret pet body language. AI outputs can be wrong, biased, or surprising. Don't make medical or behavioral decisions based on a Pal AI reading. The product is for entertainment and gentle insight, nothing more.

No warranty

Pal AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of readings, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pal AI's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the most recent subscription period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected with a new "Updated" date. Continued use of Pal AI after changes means you accept them.
